Can I place an order by phone or fax? Yes, you can call our toll free number, 1-866-733-0247 and speak to any of our Customer Care Representatives, and they will be happy to take your Order by phone. You can fax your Order by printing our Order Form, completing it and faxing to us at 337-237-0275.
 
How do I register with Holiday-Invitations? To create your individual account with Holiday-Invitations, simply click Register. This option will allow you to establish your own account to maintain your personal and private information, such as favorites, previous orders, email to friends etc, etc. No one will have access to your information.
 
Can I order a Catalog? Since we create and design our own cards and are continuously updating our collections of thousands of cards to choose from, we do not created and maintain a printed catalog. You can see our entire selection by clicking Card Listings.

How soon can I get my Cards? We offer Same Day Printing and Shipping! If you approve your final proof by 2:00 p.m. Central Time, we will print and ship the same day. The actual shipping time will depend on the shipping mode you select, from Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day Delivery, to Ground (5 to 7 day) delivery. Click Shipping Methods & Costs to learn more about our shipping times and costs.
  Do you have a minimum Order? Yes, our minimum order is 15 Cards.
 
What if I want to add special instructions about my Order? Additional comments, special instructions or any other communications can be entered in the “Additional Comments” box located in the personalization page. This box can be used for request such as making certain words larger, in bold, different colors and other similar request.
 
How long does it take to receive my Order? If you approve your proof by 2:00 p.m. Central Time, we will print and ship your Order the SAME DAY. The time it takes to be delivered to you depends on the shipping mode you selected at the check out, ranging from Next Day Air to seven days for Ground Delivery.
 
Are there discounts if I purchase a larger quantity?The price shown for each card is the individual cost for that card. We offer quantity discounts when you purchase 50 cards or more. Please see our Discount Schedule.
 
Can I preview my personalized card before I complete my Order? Yes, using Holiday-Invitations EXCLUSIVE personalization process, you can customize any card on our site with your own personalized message and then instantly Preview it. To learn more, please click Instant Preview
 
Will you send me a proof of my Order before ordering? After Ordering? We are happy to send you a proof, free of charge, after you place your Order. Unfortunately, we cannot send a proof until after you complete your order. After completing your Order we will send you a proof so you may have the option to make corrections or add ons before your order is printed.
 
How do I get 10 Cards FREE? If your Order exceeds our minimum amount to qualify for 10 Cards FREE, you may add these cards while in the check out. To learn more, please click 10 Cards FREE
 
What does the cost of my Cards include? The cost of your Cards includes the Avon Crest card, set up, ink color, typestyle and printing. Envelopes are NOT included in the cost of your card and are 10 cents each.
 
Can I include additional comments or special instructions for my Order? Yes, we provide an “Additional Comments” box on the personalization page. You can provide us with any information you think is appropriate or needed.
Payment, Pricing and Guarantee
 
How can I pay for my Order? You can pay for your Order with VISA, MasterCard, American Holiday or Discover credit cards. To pay by check, money order or cash, please call our Customer Service for more details.
 
How do I know it is safe to use my credit card? Holiday-Invitations accepts VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Holiday safely through our secured server provided by Authorize.net. Look for the “lock” symbol in the bottom right corner of your screen while in the check out. We strongly advise you against making credit card purchases from any non-secured website. Internet experts consider ordering through secured servers, like ours, to be a safer method of transmitting credit card information than the telephone.
 
When is my credit card charged for my Order? Your Order will be charged to your credit card account when you complete the “Check Out” section of our site. Since every Order is customized, we charge your credit card at the time you place your Order so we can send you a proof, if requested, or start printing your Order if no proof is requested. Sorry, but we cannot send proofs without having a completed Order.
  What is our Guarantee?
  • Pledge: To always offer quality, eloquent and trendy cards to our Customers at the best prices. We will match any competitor’s price on the same exact item and quantity! If you are not completely satisfied with your Order, for whatever reason, please call or email us, and we will do our best to satisfy your request!
  • Pricing: The prices for our Cards, matching Thank You Cards and envelopes are presented throughout our site. There is no additional charge for the custom printing. Envelopes are 10 cents each and are automatically added to your shopping cart in the same quantity as the cards ordered. Your return address can be imprinted on the back flap of your envelope for 25 cents each. We automatically calculate volume discounts, sales prices and shipping charges to your Order at your shopping cart. For Texas Orders, state sales tax is also charged.
  • Discounts: In addition to our normally discounted prices, we offer additional quantity discounts above 50 Cards. Discount Schedule
  • Damaged Cards: If your Cards are damaged during shipping, call us and we will arrange to have them picked up. We will reprint your Order and ship it the next business day.
Cards, Envelopes and Printing Details
 
What is the quality and type of card stock used for my Cards? All of our cards are Acid and Lignin FREE, Avon Crest, White, 80 lb, and are 5” x 7”. This quality card stock will maintain its beauty for years! Our images are either portrait (7” high x 5” wide) or landscape (5” high x 7” wide). Since most of our competitors use 60 lb. stock paper, and our is 80 lb. weight, you will find our cards to be a much more durable and higher quality stock.
 
How do I order envelopes with my Order? Envelopes are automatically added to your Order while in the shopping cart. The same quantity of envelopes as the quantity of cards you purchased will be added. The cost is 10 cents each.
 
What is the quality and size of envelopes used? All of our matching envelopes for our 5 x 7 Cards are Avon Crest White, 5 1/4” high and 7 ¼” wide. Our matching Thank You Card envelopes are Avon Crest, White, 5 ¾” wide and 4 3/8” high.
 
Can I get my return address imprinted on the envelopes? Yes, envelopes can be imprinted with a return address on the back flap for .35 cents per envelope. Imprinting is done in Black Ink only and up to three lines. This option is available on the personalization page.
 
Can I get Blank Cards? Yes, Blank Cards are available and cost .20 cents LESS than the cost of the card shown on our site. This option is available on our personalization page under the box where you enter your text. 
 
What TypeStyles and Ink Colors are available to select from? Holiday-Invitations allows you to choose from a wide variety of TypeStyles and Ink Colors.While we encourage you to be creative, we suggest that you consider the TypeStyle and Ink Color recommended by our experienced designers for best results. Our designers will arrange the text for the best result.
 
Can I use my own wording or do I have to use your wording? Although we provide sample wordings on all our cards and an entire section dedicated to Wording Ideas, you can choose to write anything you want. We do offer suggested typestyle, ink color and fonts; however, you may choose to use any of the many TypeStyles and Ink Colors you prefer.
  Can I ship my Order to a different address from mine? Yes, in the check out you will be ask for the shipping address to ship your order. It can be different from the addressed used for your Order.
 
When will my Order be printed? If you approve your proof by 2:00 p.m. Central Time, we will print and ship your Order the SAME DAY. The time it takes to be delivered to you depends on the shipping mode you selected at the check out, ranging from Next Day Air to five to seven days.
Custom Designs and Printing
 
I like one of your cards, but want the design to be changed; Will you do that? Yes, we will change the design/color/style of any of our /images to suit your individual request. This can usually be completed within two days. We do require a minimum order of 100 cards or more for this service. This can usually be completed within ONE day.
 
I have my own ideas.Will you design an image / card just for me? Yes, we will create a design using your ideas for you. There is no charge on orders of 100 cards or more. This can usually be done within ONE days.
 
Do you design images for businesses? Yes! We are happy to design an individual logo or image for your business stationary or invitations and announcements. Please call and ask for one of our Artists.
 
Can you include my logo in the personalized Cards? Yes, we will be happy to include your logo in your personalized cards. Please call Customer Services for details.
 
Do you have African American or other dark tone cards? Yes! Since we design and print our own cards, ANY card on our site can be changed to your special request. Simply include your request for darker tone colors in the “Additional Comments” box while you are personalizing your Card. We will send you a proof to ensure we get the color tone exactly like you want. This can usually be completed within two days. As with any request to make changes to a design, we do require a minimum order of 100 cards or more.
Cancellations, Returns and Guarantee
 
Can I cancel my Order? Yes. Before your Order has been printed, we are happy to make any changes you want and even cancel your Order if you so choose. There is NO charge to make changes to your Order before it has been printed. However, once we begin processing your Order, but PRIOR to printing, and you want to cancel your Order, there will be a MINIMUM cancellation charge of 50% of the total cost of your Order, or $25, whichever is GREATER. The exact amount will be determined by Holiday-Invitations, in its sole discretion, based on the amount of work that has already been done on your Order
 
What if there is an error in my Cards ? If the cards printed for you contain a printing or type error caused by our staff, we will gladly reprint your Order at NO COST to you. We may ask you to return the erroneous cards at our expense. Sorry, we cannot replace cards if the error was contained in the copy you provided, or if you approved a proof, so please CHECK YOUR COPY CAREFULLY before approving your Order. In those cases, we will reprint your Order at a discount from the original costs. Except as provided herein, no refunds.
 
Can I return my Order? After you approve your proof, we will print and ship your Order based on your instructions. After your Order has been printed, you will not be able to cancel or return your Order and receive any refund.
Shipping and Handling
 
Do you really have same day printing and shipping? Yes, we offer Same Day Printing and Shipping! If you approve your Order by 2:00 p.m. Central Time, we will print and ship the same day. The delivery time will depend on the shipping mode you selected.
 
What shipping methods do you have? How long does it take to ship my Order? How soon will I receive my Order? When we ship your Order is determined by when you approve your Order for printing. If we receive your approval by 2:00 p.m. Central Time, we will print and ship your Order the Same Day! For more information, please click Shipping Methods & Costs
 
Can I track my Order after it is sent out? Yes, after we have shipped your Order, you will be sent the tracking number to follow your Order while enroute to you. This tracking information will be maintained in your Account within Holiday-Invitations, and instructions on how to access this information will be sent to you with the tracking number.
 
Do you ship overseas; if so, what are the costs? Yes, but the shipping / handling charges shown on our site do not apply. You can complete your Order using any of the shipping charges shown; however, we will calculate the actual shipping / handling charges and add the difference between what you paid and the actual costs. Holiday-Invitations or UPS cannot guarantee the delivery time, as it is dependent on many external factors. Additionally, please be advised that there may be additional costs and fees imposed by the country receiving the goods which you will be obligated to pay

By visiting our site and placing your Order, you further agree that neither Holiday-Invitations nor its owners, employees, representative or suppliers shall be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages arising out of any aspect of your Order, including but not limited to products, printing or delivery, except for refund or replacement when products are defective in any amount limited to the price of the Order.

Holiday Invitations does not warrant against late deliveries due to shipping delays, or any other reason outside the control of Holiday-Invitations. Holiday-Invitations reserves the right to print the source of the card on the backside of the card.
